Our company was founded by Kristin M. Litts, J.D.,L.L.M., C.A.M.C.,C.A.P.A., C.E.A., C.T.E.P., C.W.M., M.F.P. Kristin formed Wealth Management Consultants with one primary goal in mind: helping clients, in particular high-risk doctors, retain more of their earnings and protecting them from predators. This objective was largely born out of Kristin’s long established relationships with members of the medical profession and her unsurpassed experience in tax law and asset protection litigation. Combined, Kristin has over 20 years experience in the areas of asset protection, tax structuring, tax liability advocacy, estate planning, and wealth management.
Our specialized services have helped our clients legally save millions of dollars in federal and state income tax and permanently protect their assets, thus securing their wealth for both themselves and future generations. Wealth Management Consultants maintains a primary office in Atlanta, Georgia, but our services extend to clients situated in all fifty states and internationally.
Kristin Litts McIntyre

Kristin has been working in the legal arena since her early days as a student at the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs, where she studied with an emphasis on business strategies, global management and technology transfers. At that time she also worked as a legal assistant at the respected firm of Pellegrin & Levine. Upon graduation she was accepted at the prestigious Pepperdine University School of Law in the foothills of Malibu, California.
After her first year she took a summer internship at the firm of Mills Meyers Swartling in Seattle, Washington. There she met her legal mentor, Bruce Winchell, Esquire, who taught her the importance of keeping things simple and precise. So impressed was she by the generous and professional lawyers at Mills Meyers that she transferred to the Seattle University School of Law to afford her the opportunity to continue her association with the firm. The transfer had a side benefit in that the Seattle School of Law, at the time the highest ranked law program in the country for professionals and legal writing, placed far more emphasis on the practical aspects of the legal profession as opposed to the more academic environment at Pepperdine. This would serve Kristin well in her future legal career. Upon graduating from Seattle University in 1999, Kristin relocated to Washington, DC, to work at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, LLP.
Kristin was born in Pennsylvania but spent her childhood years in Madrid, Spain, and Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. While attending Pepperdine, Kristin’s parents resided in Singapore. This afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Asia. Throughout her life, Kristin has had the opportunity to travel through many countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, China, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, and Switzerland. It is England, however, where she spent much of her formative years at Newcastle Upon Tyne Church High School, which left the greatest impression on her. These cultural experiences exposed her to a world of possibility and left her with an appreciation for the common humanity we all share.
In California Kristin began her first company, LegalWise Inc. It was here where her interest in healthcare, the medical malpractice crisis, complex tax and asset protection strategies, financial planning, multi-level entity structuring, and trust strategies really began. As she began working with high trauma Neurosurgeons, Obstetricians and Neonatologists she began to see the need for a specialized legal consultant, one that doctors would be able to trust with their particular requirements. As a result of their needs, Kristin became an expert in developing complex business and personal structuring for her clients that increased cash flow, lowered effective tax rates, protected assets and provided for their future generations.
Kristin founded Wealth Management Consultants in 2006 as a continuation of her commitment to delivering the finest financial and legal advice for doctors and medical professionals. As part of her continuing studies, she is currently pursuing her J.S.D. In her spare time she still loves to travel with her husband and children, enjoy fine wine, good food and great conversation.
